We will also when and if required meet and discuss the project and design with the planners to ensure co-operation for the way ahead. Whether the host property is a listed building or in a conservation area we will seek approvals and deal with  the administration and applications always advising you of the position and always ensuring your best interests are to the fore in obtaining permissions to create your dream.

Building Warrant In Scotland a building warrant is a legal requirement to build to comply with law to standards of construction and design. We take care of all the plans, applications, calculations, engineering, notes and specification
and offer this full service in house as part of our turnkey service.
We ensure our build and construction standard meets the legal standard and that on completion we will process the final completion certificate under
the building act. The initial submission fee in Scotland is based on a project total cost and is variable.
